The Minister of Ecology answered questions about how environmentalists assess the anthropogenic load on the reservoir.
On behalf of the Head of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan will become the coordinator of the discussion on the issue of maximum anthropogenic load on Blue Lakes. According to the minister, it is difficult to make any decisions without scientific research.
"Next year, the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan will carry out research work within the framework of the state institution. Based on this, you and I will already be able to see what the maximum attendance is for people, how the water quality in the Blue Lakes changes, how diffuse runoff affects this, it is necessary to regulate the number of people," the speaker noted. Alexander Shadrikov noted that such a scientific approach has already been worked out on the example of Lake Lebyazhye.
