By order of the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Konstantin Tikhonravov was appointed to the post of head of the Central Territorial Administration

The new head of the territorial administration was introduced to the staff of the department by the Minister of Ecology Alexander Shadrikov.

Konstantin Tikhonravov was born in 1969 in the city of Kazan. He received higher education at the Kazan Institute of Finance and Economics. He held senior positions in various structures. He is Candidate of Sociological Sciences.
