More than 60 works were presented at the republican conference "Ecology, the city and us" in Naberezhnye Chelny
The annual conference "Ecology, the City and us" was held at the Children's Ecological and Biological Center No. 4 in Naberezhnye Chelny. The event was attended by schoolchildren from Naberezhnye Chelny, Nizhnekamsk, Yelabuga, Chistopol, Mamadysh, Tukayevsky, Aktanyshsky, Menzelinsky, Mamadyshsky and Agryzsky districts of the republic. Specialists of the Kama Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of Tatarstan were invited as members of the jury.
The conference was held in two stages. More than 60 works of schoolchildren and teachers were presented at the first stage. In the second stage, 35 research papers of students and 18 projects of teachers were completed. The defense of students' research papers was held in three sections of the conference: "Ecology of animals and plants", "Ecology of the city and water", "Ecology of man". And teachers defended their projects in the section "Experience, innovations and prospects for organizing research and project activities of students".
The winners and prize-winners of the conference were awarded with memorable diplomas and prizes.
