14 years ago, Ilyas Gallyamov joined the Ministry of Ecology. "My heart told me so," says the hero of our column. He worked as an inspector and deputy head of the laboratory. Now he is a senior specialist of the 2nd category of the Volga-Kama Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan. Ilyas Marsovich is responsible for the rational use and protection of mineral resources in the Alekseevsky and Rybno-Slobodsky districts.
"I am glad that by working in the field of environmental protection, I can make our region and country a little better, cleaner, more beautiful," the ecologist notes.
Ilyas Marsovich has well-deserved respect in the team. Colleagues say it is not surprising that he connected his life with ecology, because he loves his region, his land, nature very much.
"Ilyas Marsovich has a real apple orchard at his dacha – he likes gardening. He also has his own bee-garden. Yes, even if you go to his office, you will see an aquarium. He is on a first-name basis with nature and the world around him," says another specialist of the Volga-Kama Territorial Administration, Rezeda Fatykhova, about a colleague.
Ilyas Gallyamov is also a wonderful husband and an excellent father. A son and a little daughter are growing up in the Gallyamov family. Together with their parents, they actively participate in environmental campaigns: collect waste paper, hand over batteries, participate in clean-up days. Perhaps in the future, young environmentalists will continue their father's work.
