Specialists of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan and employees of the Environmental Prosecutor's Office conducted an inspection of compliance with legislation in the field of subsoil use

Within the framework of joint field events of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Kazan Interdistrict Environmental Prosecutor's Office, compliance with legislation in the field of subsoil use was checked. It is established that in the Yelabuga district, employees of one of the local enterprises illegally carried out unlicensed sand mining for about two years. According to this fact, all the verification materials were sent to the law enforcement agency to resolve the issue of criminal prosecution of the perpetrators.
