"We remember your names"! We continue our column in support of the "Immortal Regiment"

Today, the daughter of a specialist of the Zavolzhsky territorial Administration, Leysan Gimatdinova – Zalina, honors the memory of her great-great-grandfather. Salakhutdin Khairutdinov went to the front at the beginning of the war. Then he sent front-line letters to his family, in which he told how he missed home and believed in victory. In those years, letters were the only thread connecting soldiers with relatives and friends and the hope of an early meeting. In 1942, letters from the front stopped coming, the soldier was recognized as missing. But the memory of the veteran's feat is alive in the hearts of his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. 
Their feat is immortal, their glory is eternal!
