Our hero was born in the Bavli district, and in 1998, after graduating from the Agrarian University of the Moscow Region, he decided to visit his sister in Naberezhnye Chelny. "When I first saw the Chelny, I felt that I fell in love with this city, with its wide green avenues. I wanted to preserve this beauty, this beautiful nature, so I decided to go to work at the Ministry of Ecology," our inspector recalls. After him, his parents moved to Naberezhnye Chelny. Mom and dad of our ecologist once built Baikal-Amur Mainline, broke the ground and, although they lived outside Tatarstan for many years, brought up in their son a love for his native language, the traditions of the Tatar people.
For 24 years, Rustam Nurgalievich has been an invaluable employee of the Kama Territorial Administration. Tender-hearted, kind, sociable. Colleagues respect him for his dedication, high professionalism and for the fact that they can always rely on him. And at home, my wife, two beautiful daughters and pets are waiting for my dad from work – the cat Perseus and the dog Black. In 2021, Rustam Garayev was awarded the honorary title of "Honored Ecologist of the Republic of Tatarstan". The entire staff of the Ministry of Ecology congratulates Rustam Nurgalievich on his anniversary!
