In Almetyevsk district, the head of the South-Eastern TA took part in exercises to eliminate forest fires
In the Almetyevsk district, under the leadership of the EMERCOM of Russia, a command and staff exercise was held to work out issues of emergency situations arising as a result of wildfires, protection of settlements, economic and social infrastructure facilities from forest fires, as well as accident-free admission of spring floods. The event was attended by inspectors of the South-Eastern TA of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan, employees of the Russian Emergency Situations System and representatives of other ministries and departments.
During the exercises, firefighters extinguished a conditional fire near the village of Potashnaya Polyana. To prevent the spread of fire, firefighters with the help of a tractor carried out the plowing of the fire line and called an all-terrain vehicle for extinguishing.
According to the legend, a mobile environmental laboratory of the Ministry of Ecology went to the place to control the quality of atmospheric air during a fire. "Our mobile laboratory is equipped with analytical instruments and devices that allow us to quickly determine weather parameters, take samples and monitor concentrations of pollutants in the air," explained the head of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration Adel Alimov.
