Ecologists have identified a snow dump in the Sovetsky district of Kazan

Inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan during the monitoring of the Sovetsky district revealed illegal storage of snow on Pobedy Avenue st. near house No. 57.

The total area of the contaminated area was 320 sq.m., the volume was 256 cubic meters. Also, snow samples were taken by laboratory specialists. According to the results of bioassay, hazard class 5 was determined, insignificant excess of chlorides, petroleum products, iron, sulfates, chlorides, nitrates were detected in the selected samples.

A warning has been sent to the Administration of the Sovetsky district of Kazan to take measures to eliminate the snow dump.
