Ecologists introduced preschool children to wintering birds
The day before, employees of the Northern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan held an environmental lesson on the topic "It is difficult for birds to winter – we will help birds" for pupils of Sikertansky and Smak-Korsinsky kindergartens of the Arsky district. The lesson is timed to the All-Russian ecological holiday "Day of Wintering birds".
Experts told preschoolers how difficult it is for birds to winter in Tatarstan on frosty days and advised the kids to make feeders together with their dads and moms. The pre-school children got acquainted with the birds living in the vicinity of their native land. In order to consolidate all the knowledge, environmentalists held a game where children solved riddles and answered questions.
For active participation, young ecologists were presented with coloring books.
