The Kazan Interdistrict Environmental Prosecutor's Office has taken legal action in connection with the non-elimination of violations of the law identified by the results of an audit conducted in Kazan

The Kazan interdistrict Environmental Prosecutor's Office conducted an inspection on the legality of the establishment of bunkers for the accumulation of waste located in the Sovetsky district of Kazan.

It was found that in violation of paragraph 3 of Section 2 of SanPiN 2.1.3684-21, there is no fence at the solid municipal waste accumulation site located at 40 Main Street, Kulseitovo residential area in the Sovetsky district of Kazan, as a result of which there is no prevention of the spread of waste beyond its limits, there is also no hard surface with a slope for diversion meltwater and rainwater.

In connection with the non-elimination of violations of the law on the previously submitted submission of the prosecutor's office to the local self-government body of Kazan, a statement of claim was sent to the court.
