Pollution of water resources, which does not directly cause the death of fish, has a negative impact on its physiological state, leads to deterioration of the habitat, the food base, which leads to loss of fish productivity in this area of the fishery reservoir.
According to the expert opinion of the Tatar branch of VNIRO, the damage caused to aquatic biological resources as a result of this pollution amounted to more than 1 million rubles.
In order to eliminate violations of the law, the environmental prosecutor appealed to the court.
The court's decision satisfied the requirements of the environmental prosecutor. The company is obliged to compensate for the damage caused.
