The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan reminds of the need for timely provision of information on annual forms of federal statistical observation. By January 20, 2023, it is necessary to submit statistical reports on forms No. 4-LS "Information on the fulfillment of the conditions for the use of subsoil in the extraction of drinking and technical groundwater" and No. 2-LS "Information on the fulfillment of the conditions for the use of subsoil in the extraction of solid minerals", and by February 5, 2023, it is necessary to submit a state statistical report according to Form No. 5-gr "Information on the state and change of reserves of solid minerals".
For your convenience, the website of the Ministry of Ecology contains a Memo of the subsoil user, instructions for filling out statistical reports on form No. 4-ls and creating a personal account of the organization on the portal "public services".
