The message about the dumping of waste on the soil was received by the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. The environmental violation was recorded on the phone camera by a resident of Bugulma district. The video shows how a KAMAZ car discharges waste in the village of Podlesnaya.
Ecologists of the South-Eastern TA carried out a field visit. During the survey of the territory, an unauthorized dump with an area of 200 square meters was found. In order to establish the owner of the vehicle and bring the perpetrators to justice, a request was sent to the REO of the traffic police of the Department of Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Bugulminsky district.
As the inspectors found out, the party at fault is the driver of KAMAZ. According to the warning of environmentalists, he is obliged to eliminate the violation. In case of non-fulfillment of these requirements, a statement of claim will be sent to the Bugulma City Court within the time limit established by law for forcing the liquidation of an unauthorized waste storage site.
