Today is World Pet Day
Every year, on November 30, World Pet Day is celebrated in many countries. It is dedicated to the four-legged members of the family and serves as a reminder to all mankind of the responsibility for "our smaller brothers". Specially for this day, the specialists of the Zavolzhsky territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan prepared an exciting lesson for the pupils of the Buinsky kindergarten "Traffic Light". Environmentalists told why the motto of this day was the words of the Little Prince from the work of Antoine de Saint-Exupery: "We are responsible for those who have been tamed." In addition, contests, games and quizzes were organized for children. The kids, in turn, drew their pets and arranged an exhibition of drawings, and environmentalists rewarded the children with memorable gifts.
As the specialist of the Zavolzhsky TA Leysan Gimatdinova notes, such events are held to teach children to love and take care of their pets. After all, for many of these four-legged friends become real family members.
