Let us recall that the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan has received complaints about unauthorized storage of waste on Uchitelskaya str. since the summer. During multiple visits and raids, employees of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry revealed the facts of littering of container sites. Violators who allowed the dumping of waste from vehicles were also caught.
Warnings were repeatedly sent to the Administration of the Vakhitovsky and Privolzhsky districts about the inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements and eliminating landfills. For failure to comply with the requirements of the warning, a claim was also sent to eliminate this violation.
In September, the Administration of the Vakhitovsky and Privolzhsky districts with the participation of representatives of the Ministry, the Volga-Kama Interregional Department of Rosprirodnadzor, the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazan and LLC "CC "PZhKH" held a meeting where it was decided to conduct night and day raids to restrict the access of violators. It was also suggested to install video cameras.
The Ministry of Ecology conducted 16 day raids, as a result of which warnings were sent to 3 violators who allowed the dumping of waste from vehicles.
At the moment, the landfill is being liquidated.
