A quarry has been recultivated in the Apastovsky district at the expense of the local budget

The territory of the quarry in the Bulym-Bulykhchinsky rural settlement has now been restored. Within the framework of the agreement on cooperation between the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Executive Committee of the Apastovsky district in the implementation of environmental measures in 2022, the quarry was recultivated at the expense of budget funds in the amount of revenues from environmental revenues.

In accordance with Article 13 of the Land Code of the Russian Federation, persons whose activities have led to a deterioration in the quality of land (including as a result of their pollution, violation of the soil layer) are obliged to ensure their reclamation.
