To the attention of waste educators of hazard classes I and II!
We remind you that from March 1, 2022, the amendments made to Federal Law No. 89-FZ dated 24.06.1998 "On Production and Consumption Waste", establishing a new procedure for handling waste of hazard classes I and II (Articles 14.1-14.4 of Federal Law No. 89-FZ), came into force.
Different rules apply to different categories of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, as a result of whose economic activities wastes of hazard classes I and II are generated (hereinafter referred to as waste generators) from March 1, 2022.
On the official website of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan (in the section "Useful information", hereinafter - "Information for managers of organizations and enterprises") there is a memo for a participant in the waste management market of hazard classes I and II.
Here are links to the instructions for registration in the FGIS OPVC, a list of documents required for the conclusion of the contract, as well as contact details of employees of FSUE "FEE".
