Webinar "New waste management system of I and II classes. OPVC Federal State Information System" will be held on February 15
On February 15, 2022, the Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Federal Environmental Operator" will hold a final webinar on the topic: "A new waste management system of classes I and II. OPVC Federal State Information System".
The seminar is held in connection with the beginning of the implementation of the reform in the field of waste management of hazard classes I and II from March 1, 2022 and the entry into force of new provisions of Federal Law No. 89-FZ of June 24, 1998 "On Production and Consumption Waste".
Discussion topics:
1. Changes in the work of enterprises from March 1, 2022 in terms of waste management of hazard classes I and II;
2. New regulations adopted in the field of waste management of hazard classes I and II;
3. Presentation of the Federal State information system for accounting and control of waste management of waste management of hazard classes I and II (FSIS OPVC);
4. Registration in the FSIS OPVC and conclusion of contracts with the federal operator.

- representatives of the executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation;
- representatives of local self-government bodies (administrations);
