Information on the placement on the Ministry's website of notifications on public discussions on objects of state environmental expertise

On September 1, 2021, the Order of the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Russian Federation No. 999 of 01.12.2020 came into force, approving the Requirements for environmental impact assessment materials (hereinafter referred to as the Requirements), which regulate the procedure for conducting an impact assessment, requirements for the content of environmental impact assessment materials, as well as the procedure for informing and public participation in the environmental impact assessment process.

In order to implement the provisions of the Requirements (clause 7.9.2), the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan provides the opportunity to post on its official website notifications of public discussions on objects of state environmental expertise.

Instructions for the placement of these notifications are presented on the Ministry's website in the "Activities" tab, in the section "Organization of the placement of notifications on public discussions on objects of state environmental expertise" https://eco.tatarstan.ru/organizatsiya-razmeshcheniya-uvedomleniy.htm).

The information is posted no later than one working day following the day of sending the notification of the need to post information about public discussions, provided that the content of the notification sent meets the Requirements.

Responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of the information on the conduct of public discussions submitted by applicants and posted on the website is borne by the legal entity or individual providing the preparation of these notifications.
