He acquainted with future ecologists, spoke about the activities of the ministry. At the end of November, environmentalists discovered a number of offenses at the foundry. In the period specified by law, the administrative fine was not paid by the violator. To make a procedural decision, the materials were sent to the Court of Justice in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny.
