Six projects are being implemented in 2020 in Tatarstan on grants received from the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. Compared to last year, the amount of financing was doubled and amounted to 2 million rubles.

The program for the provision of subsidies to non-profit organizations for implementation of socially significant projects in the field of environmental safety has been operating since 2014. The projects are financed within the framework of the State program “Economic Development and Innovative Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan” of the subprogram “Support of Socially Oriented Non-Profit Organizations in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014 - 2024”.

During the meeting, the Federal Agency for Water Resources presented options for the design modes of operation of the reservoirs of the Volga-Kama cascade during the spring flood for the period from April 10 to 26. It is planned that if any of the proposed options is implemented, the Kuibyshev reservoir will operate at least 51.5 m BS during the spring agricultural and fishery releases.

Bulk of garbage along the garages in Kamilya Yakuba street was discovered by inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. The area of ​​cluttering amounted to more than 100 square meters. It was established that the materials found are archival documents of one of the major Russian banks. An administrative investigation has been instituted in accordance with Article 8.2 of Part 1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.

The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan appeals to residents of the republic, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs with a request to comply with environmental and sanitary-epidemiological requirements of the law when accumulating household waste, as well as in treatment of industrial waste. We ask you to be conscious, to fulfill the requirements of the law on nature conservation, which are entrusted to you by the Russian Federation, as efficiently as possible. To exclude the storage of waste outside the facilities equipped in accordance with the requirements of legislation, accumulation facilities, not to allow waste incineration.

1,196 appeals were received by the Republican Public Reception of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan since the beginning of the year. 388 of them came through the School Eco-patrol mobile application. Environmentalists also considered 229 messages received via the People’s Control system, and 221 notifications by e-mail, the Ministry’s hot line and WhatsApp, Telegram channels.
