Inspectors of the Zavolzhsky Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan found a cluttered plot in the western part of the settlement of Shusherma. Waste paper and cardboard, film, plastic containers, rubber tires, as well as garbage from homes was dumped on the territory. "The total area of illegal storage was 232 sq. m., with the volume of 15 cubic meters," the environmentalists said.

1780 appeals were received by the Republican Public Environmental Reception since the beginning of the year.

As part of the sanitary and environmental two–month campaign, employees of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan together with the UK "PZhKH" went on a raid today to identify violators storing construction waste at container sites. The territory of the Aviastroitelny District, Kazan, namely Davydov Street, Cherkasov Street, Tsentralno-Mariupolskaya Street, was surveyed.

The meeting of the interdepartmental working group on regulating the operation modes of the Volzhsko-Kamsky Cascade reservoirs was held via videoconference with the Federal Water Resources Agency. The meeting was attended by the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexander Shadrikov, representatives of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia, Tatenergo, AO, Roshydromet, Rosrybolovstvo, RAO UES of Russia, RusHydro, PAO executive authorities of the Yaroslavl, Kostroma, Samara, Volgograd, Astrakhan regions and other regions of the Volga region.

Within the framework of the sanitary and ecological two-month campaign and the republican campaign "Ecovesna 2021", an ecological holiday was held in the Victory Park in Arsk. The Executive Committee of the Arsky Municipal District organized a concert and entertainment program, and activists of the "It will be Clean" Republican Youth Movement prepared educational quests. The event was attended by specialists of the Northern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. "Ut belan shayarma!" – "Don't play with fire!" – under this name, a theatrical performance in the Tatar language was held in kindergarten No. 5 "Sun". The event was attended by specialists of the Priiksky Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan.

A brick breakage, unsorted waste from homes, as well as plastic and glass bottles littered the soil on the territory of the Absalyamovsky rural settlement of the Yutazinsky district. The violation was revealed by the inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan during the raid. The area of the contaminated site amounted to 450 sq. m., the volume – 180 cubic meters.

For the purpose of environmental education and the development of a careful attitude to water resources in school No. 68 of Naberezhnye Chelny a lesson on the topic "Clean water that we drink" was held.

Specialists of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan discovered the fact of unauthorized waste storage in the territory of the Pismyansky rural settlement of the Leninogorsk district. The total area of littering with construction debris, as well as class I waste – mercury lamps amounted to 138 sq. m., the volume is 53 cubic meters.
