Solid household waste littered the territory of Tumutuk village of Aznakaevsky district. Violation of the environmental legislation was revealed by the inspectors of the Priiksky TA of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. The area of clutter was 4500 sq. m., the volume – 1350 cubic meters.

From May 14 to 16, Kazan hosted a festival of sustainable development with the participation of German and Russian experts on the topic of ecology, inclusion and a barrier-free environment. The event was held at two venues in the city – in the MEGA Kazan shopping center and the Alafuzov Factory.  The Meet-Up "On the District" was timed to coincide with the Year of Germany in Russia. The organizers were the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in the Russian Federation, the Goethe-Institute in Moscow, and the Russian-German Chamber of Foreign Trade.

Due to the high class of fire danger in forests, in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 12.05.2021 No. 329, the Republic of Tatarstan introduced restrictions on the stay of citizens in forests and the entry of vehicles into them from May 14 to 21 calendar days. According to the website of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, restrictions are imposed on forests located on the lands of the forest fund of the Republic.   

In Leninogorsk, bailiffs collected a fine of more than 3 million rubles from Vodokanal LLC. Earlier, the organization was found guilty of committing an administrative offense under Part 4 of Article 8. 13 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.

Since the company voluntarily did not pay the specified amount, the materials were sent to the bailiff service for enforcement.  Without waiting for the bailiffs' restrictions, the organization paid the fine in full.

The event was attended by employees of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan. In the first part of the lesson, the children of the younger group prepared a production called "Brook", which told about the cycle of water in nature. The second part of the eco-lesson was devoted to the topic of separate garbage collection. Ecologists told the children about the importance of dual sorting for the preservation of the environment.

Within the framework of the sanitary and ecological two-month period, an aerial survey of the territories of 5 municipal districts was conducted: Kaibitsky, Apastovsky, Kamsko – Ustinsky, Tetyushsky and Buinsky. The flight was made by the First Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan – the Chief State Inspector of the Republic of Tatarstan for Nature Protection Ayrat Shigapov together with the head of the Zavolzhsky TA Nikolay Vasin. During the raid, 80 violations of environmental legislation were recorded, most of which were unauthorized waste disposal.

By order of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ayrat Shigapov was appointed First Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan – Chief State Inspector of the Republic of Tatarstan for Nature Protection. Previously, he served as Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan.

As part of the "Ecovesna2021" campaign, a specialist of the Prikamsky Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with the teachers of the kindergarten No. 39 "Vesely Uley" in Naberezhnye Chelny, organized an environmental lesson for the pupils. The purpose of the event is to form children's ecological culture and the fundamental components of the personality necessary for full and comprehensive development.
