Three unauthorized dumps were identified by inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry between the village of Stolbishchi and the village of Malye Kabany in the Laishevsky district. The survey of land plots was carried out within the framework of the sanitary and ecological two-month period. The total area of all landfills was 254 sq. m. The volume was 42 cubic meters.

In order to create a comprehensive system of environmental measures in the field of solid municipal waste management for the formation of children and young people of a conscious approach to their own consumption and waste management, the Federal Center for Additional Education and Recreation and Wellness of Children has developed the All-Russian educational project "EcoKHOD" on the formation of a culture of waste management.

Employees of the Prikamsky Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan, with the support of specialists of the Children's Ecological and Biological Center No. 4 in Naberezhnye Chelny, held an action to collect used batteries. Through the efforts of schoolchildren and preschool children, 3.5 tons of spent batteries were collected.

Earlier, inspectors of the Prikamsky Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan revealed unauthorized placement of industrial waste at the intersection of Raskolnikov Street and Narimanov Street in Naberezhnye Chelny. Garbage in the form of glass products littered the territory with an area of 652 sq. m.

Waste from construction and repair work littered the territory of Buinsk. The violation was discovered by the inspectors of the Zavolzhsky territorial department of the Ministry within the framework of the sanitary and environmental two-month period. The area of the cluttered plot amounted to 1250 sq. m., the volume – 120 cubic meters.

Let us recall that from 20 to 22 May 2021 in the health camp "Baitik" of Krutushka village fifth republican forum of youth environmental organizations "ECOvolna" took place. 170 eco-activists from 26 municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan and 33 environmental associations took part in the work.

Today, the specialists of the department were vaccinated against the new coronavirus infection COVID-19. The employees were previously tested for antibodies, and after filling out all the necessary forms for voluntary consent to medical intervention, the vaccination procedure was carried out.

Today, Kazan hosted an eco-marathon of the All-Russian campaign "Water of Russia", dedicated to the Volga Day. Volunteers, activists of the Republican youth movement "It will be clean", students, concerned residents of the city and employees of departments came out to clean the territory of the beach "Lower Zarechye". From the water, the participants of the action were supported by kayakers – they cleaned the surface of the water, and divers – the bottom of the river.
