The II Republican Contest of Youth Innovative Projects “Innovative Launch Site “Tatarstan is the Territory of the Future – 2013” Starts up at the “Himgrad” Technopolis on May 29

Pupils of the senior classes of secondary comprehensive schools, primary schools and professional educational institutions of the city of Kazan and the Republic of Tatarstan at the age of 14-17 years, first- and second-year students of higher education institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan are invited to take part in the contest.
The contest is initiated in order to arouse pupils’ interest in research work. For the first time it gives pupils an opportunity to elaborate an operating business model, having access to the R&D base of the “Himgrad” Technopolis and the FSBEI HPO “KSTU”.
The contest is subdivided into four stages, that will take place from May to December, 2013, including a course of theoretical tutoring “Business Planning Basics”, “Main Tendencies of the Modern Science Development”, “Basics of Business Activity” at the FSBEI HPO “KSTU”, project work, team work within the framework of Business Day and projects presentation at the final stage, including, projects presentation to venture investors. Winners will be declared in the following nominations: “The Best Innovative Project”, “The Best Innovative Idea”, and “The Best Innovative Solution”. Projects on materials of the future, technologies of the future; future communications, and future habitat can be applied for the contest.

Inspectors of the Central Department, together with representatives of the Kazan Interdistrict Environmental Prosecutor's Office and the Office of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography of the Republic of Tatarstan, conducted a survey of the territory of the Zelenodolsk district.
The events were held in the Zainsky district. The commission included inspectors from the Zakamsky Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan received an appeal from residents about violations of environmental legislation in the Yelabuga district. Inspectors from the Kama Department went to the site and confirmed the fact of dumping production and consumption waste into the territory of the Bug River water protection zone.
