The 4thOpenRepublicanYouthContestofSocialEcologicalAdvertisementwasannouncedonJune 1, 2015 by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. Atpresent,morethanahundredpiecesof work were receivedfromTatarstan,Bashkortostan, Buryatia, Leningrad, Kemerovo, Rostov, Arkhangelsk, Saratov, Volgogradregions and the Krasnodar Territory. The contest is aimed at involvement of population in solution of matters related to environment protection, provision of young people with a chance to show their attitude to this or that ecology-related problem. Allinall, 1,025 citizens of Tatarstan became participants of the Youth Ecological Movement of the Republic of Tatarstan “BUDETCHISTO!”. Anyone who feels like it can join the team of proponents by filling in the questionnaire on budetchisto.tatar in the section “Join the movement”.StartingApril 2015,volunteers held Saturday work campaigns in Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Nizhnekamsk, Almetyevsk, Zelenodolsk, Elabuga, Zainsk, Chistopol, Nurlaty, Bugulma, Leninogorsk, Aznakaevo, Bavly and Buinsk. Tomorrow, onJune20, 2015, next scheduled events for cleaning the territories will be held in Naberezhnye Chelny. 

The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan announces the start of the 4th Open Republican Youth Contest of Social Ecological Advertisement “Clear view”.

The contest is aimed at involvement of the population in solution of problems regarding environment protection, providing of young people with a possibility to express their attitude to this or that problem in the field of ecology. Pieces of work should feature ideas and approaches to solution of the most burning ecological problems of the Russian Federation in the field of protection of air, water and land resources, in the field of management of production and consumption waste, as well as in the matters related to ecological education of the young generation.

Citizens of the Russian Federation, young people under 35 years of age (individual authors and a team of contributors) can participate in the contest.

The 13thInternationalConference “Theoryandpracticeofeconomicregulationofnatureuseandenvironmentprotection” devotedtodiscussionofrelevantmattersinthefieldofmethodologyandpractice of formation and development of the economic mechanism for nature use and environment protection will be held on July 7 – 11, 2015 in Kazan (Volga) Federal University.The event is held by the Russian Society of Ecological Economics, the International Society of Ecological Economics with support of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federationand the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan.

 The conference will feature:

- Ecological politics in Russia and in the world: modern tendencies and new dimensions;

- Methodology and practice of application of economic instruments for regulation of nature use and environment protection;

The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan announces the start of the 4th Open Republican Youth Contest of Social Ecological Advertisement “Clear view”.

OnJune10,2015, fellow workers of the Cis-Kama Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan organized the campaign for cleaning of coastal areas of small rivers and water facilities “Clean shores to our rivers and lakes”.StudentsofNaberezhnye Chelny Institute (subsidiary) of the Federal State Autonomous Educational Establishment of Higher Professional Education “Kazan (Volga) Federal University”, pupils of a sports school “YAR CHALLLY”, pupils of a sports brigade of secondary school No. 35 of Naberezhnye Chelnyparticipatedinit. Thecampaigncovered the coastal area of the Kama river in the district of urban “Sandaliya”.  Thecoastalterritorystretchingfor 3 km was cleaned during the event, and about 5 cubic meters of trash have been collected.

TheGoeteGermanCulturalCenterundertheGerman Embassy in Moscow with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federationin cooperation with theresearch and development institutes of Germany and Russia announced the All-Russian contest“Schoolforecology: to think, to research, and to act!”. Teamsofpupilsofforms7 – 11, as well as their teachers of German andsubject teachers (biology, geography, chemistry, physics and ecology) can participate in the contest. ThepupilsshouldfeatureaprojectinGermanonresearchoftheecologicalsituationintheircity (village), on their street, or at school, for example: water and air quality, the state of soil, energy consumption, flora and fauna, wastes, health/nutrition.

TheSaturdayworkcampaignorganizedbytheCharityFund “Happystories” washeldonJune6, 2015 in the forestland on Dubravnaya street in Kazan with support of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. Students of Kazan State Technical University and citizens participated in the territory cleaning amounting to about 70 participantsin general.

About 50 bags of litter have been collected during several hours of the Saturday work campaign.

The campaign in support of forest cleanliness urges the citizens to take active partin the environment protection and aims at formation of ecological culture of the population.
