The All Russia youth scientific-practical conference "Geosciences: problems, achievements and prospects of development" will be held on 27-28 of April 2018 in the North-Eastern Federal University named after M. Work to eliminate the consequences of an emergency breakthrough was conducted overnight by the balance-holder of sewage networks – Municipal Unitary Enterprise “Vodokanal”. We will remind that the violation was recorded by the inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan on appeal of local residents. During the raid it was found that more than 1,000 m2 of soil was contaminated with sewage.
The violators will be brought to administrative responsibility under Article 8.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, Article 8.42 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.
Today, within the framework of the sanitary and ecological bimonthly period, Aleksandr Shadrikov, Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, made a helicopter flight around the territory of the republic. The Buinskiy, Drozhzhanovskiy, Alekseevskiy, Novosheshminskiy, Aksubaevskiy, Apastovskiy, Tetyushskiy, Verkhneuslonskiy, Chistopolskiy districts were inspected. In total 87 dumps were found. The Minister notes that since the beginning of the sanitary-ecological bimonthly period, 209 places of unauthorized waste disposal have been fixed, most of them during air flights.
A report on sewage discharge into the Burets River in Kukmorskiy district was received by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan via the hot line. To find out the violators, the inspectors of the Northern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology came to the place. Upon inspection, a source of contamination was discovered – farm animal waste from local farms, together with melt waters, flow into the water body. The laboratory specialists selected samples of sewage and natural water. On the fact of violation, an administrative investigation was initiated in accordance with Part 4, Article 8.13 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.

The fact of discharge of sewage with subsequent flow into the Kazanka River was fixed today by the inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan near the airfield "Borisoglebskoe". During the raid it was established that more than 1,000 m2 of soil was polluted with sewage. To determine the chemical analysis of wastewater and to assess the degree of pollution, the specialists of Central Specialized Inspection for Analytical Control selected water and soil samples on the site. According to Almaz Ismagilov, Deputy Head of Central Territorial Administration, an administrative investigation has been initiated and the balance-holder of the sewer networks is being determined. Violator will be punished under Article 8.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, Article 8.45
Emission of pollutants without permission. Violation was recorded in Naberezhnye Chelny by inspectors of the Prikamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. As found by environmental specialists, in the process of production activities, the organization affected the atmospheric air by release of nitrogen dioxide, nitric oxide, carbon monoxide and benzopyrene. Thus, violating Article 23 of the Federal Law "On Environmental Protection" and Article 14 of the Federal Law "On the Protection of Atmospheric Air." On this fact, in respect of a legal entity, an administrative protocol has been drawn up in accordance with part 1 of article 8.21 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. To determine the measure of liability, the case materials were sent to the Naberezhnye Chelny City Court.
"The conference allowed schoolchildren not only to present their research works, but also to exchange experience in studying and protecting the environment," said Vasiliy Demyanov, a representative of the jury, a specialist of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Dump with the volume of 185 m³ was recorded by the inspectors of the Zavolzhskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan in Buinsk. A total area of 200m² was littered with wastes of construction and repair. At present, the materials of the case have been sent to the Buinsk City Prosecutor's Office for taking measures of the prosecutor's response.
Inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted an administrative inspection in relation of two contract organizations that failed to provide reporting on the formation, use, processing and disposal of waste. In the course of the inspection it was established that as a result of repair activity, construction companies formed more than 16 tons of waste. The companies failed to prove the removal and burial of construction waste in an environmentally friendly way. For failure to submit reports, the companies are brought to administrative responsibility under Article 8.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.
