The owners of vehicles operating by preliminary agreement carried out mining of commonly used minerals (clays). The total area of ​​the quarry development was about 1,715 m2. The preliminary damage caused to the subsoil is estimated at more than 1.22 million rubles. For unlicensed use of the subsoil, guilty persons will face administrative punishment.
