Since January 1, 2019, the provisions of the Federal Law “On Production and Consumption Wastes” No. 89-FZ have abolished the division of users of natural resources into small, medium and large-scale business entities. At the same time, the requirement for reporting on formation, recycling, neutralization and disposal of waste (Reporting of SMEs) by SMEs subjects has also become invalid. Since January 2019, they have been exempted from development of regulatory documentation and the need for reporting. Also, since 2019, no scheduled inspections have been carried out for objects of category IV.

Today a Meeting of the Scientific and Technical Council under the chairmanship of the Minister Aleksandr Shadrikov was held in the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. On the agenda is the issue of reclamation of sludge maps in the city of Kazan. In addition, the issues of neutralization of animal waste were discussed during the meeting of the Scientific and Technical Council.

A pit filled with petroleum products was found near Kulsharipovo village of Almetyevskiy district. The survey of the polluted area was conducted by inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan jointly with the Tatar Environmental Inter-District Prosecutor's Office. In order to take measures of the prosecutor’s response, all case materials were sent to the Tatar Environmental Inter-District Prosecutor’s Office.

The initiative “Personnel of Future for Regions” is aimed at formation and development of leadership teams from active, ambitious and caring schoolchildren who are capable and ready to engage in design and implementation of socio-economic projects important for their region. Teams from children aged 14 to 17 years, focused on development of their territories, under the guidance of tutors and mentors pass specialized training programs in the format of individual educational and professional trajectories.

175 kg of plastic caps for recycling were collected by pupils of Kazan school No. 146. The environmental campaign “Kryshechka dobra”, which took place in the educational institution from February 1 to 25, is intended not only to save nature, but also to help children with special needs. It is organized jointly with the First Step charity foundation.

To arouse children's interest in the fate of our Earth - with such a goal an environmental event was held at the “Kindergarten of care and rehabilitation No. 8 “Gnezdyshko (Nest)” in Aznakaevo town. As part of the lesson, environmentalists told children a lot of interesting and informative information about our planet, its inhabitants, and the need to take care of the surrounding nature. Pupils of the kindergarten hung out feeders in the forest and put feeding for birds.

The illegal development of a career was stopped by inspectors of the Office of State Inspectorate for Environmental Supervision of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Elabuzhskiy district. At the time of survey of the territory of the Pospelovskiy rural settlement, environmentalists recorded an excavator engaged in the extraction of clay. The area of ​​development was about 1300 square meters.

On the territory of production base of Nizhnekamsk enterprise emissions are carried out. Such a message from a local resident was received by the Zakamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. In order to clarify the circumstances, environmentalists promptly came to the site. Measurements were made for determination of pollutants.

According to the results of the analysis, environmentalists have determined the excess of nitrogen oxides, carbon oxide and the amount of hydrocarbons. According to the revealed fact, the company will be brought to administrative responsibility.

The fact of fuel oil spill on the soil was revealed in Vostochny settlement of Bugulminskiy district, due to the vigilance of local residents. Immediately having left, the specialists of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan found two pits with a total area of ​​more than 300 square meters: they contained waste fuel oil. According to the results of consideration of the case, a fine in the amount of 110,000 rubles was imposed on the heat and power enterprise, and a submission was given to eliminate the violation. At the moment, the waste has been taken out, the organization has planned land reclamation work.

An ecological class has been opened in Bugulminskiy district in the "Secondary school No. 5 with in-depth study of separate subjects". The first lessons of kindness and thinking, eco-excursions, laboratory works have already passed.
