4,832 appeals were reviewed by environmentalists since the beginning of the year

4,832 appeals were received by the Republican Public Reception Office of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan from the beginning of the year.

2,858 of them - through the School Eco-patrol mobile application.

Also, environmentalists reviewed 490 messages received through the “People's Control” system, and 645 notifications - via e-mail, the Ministry’s “hot line” and WhatsApp, Telegram communication channels. 839 appeals were received at personal receptions of citizens and through the reception of the Ministry.
