The project “Environmental GTO” has been implemented at Arsk elementary school No. 3 since September last year. The goal of the project is to increase the level of pupils’ knowledge about the laws of animate and inanimate nature, to arouse interest in ecology and to form a responsible attitude to the world around.
A metal fence made of corrugated board became an obstacle to the Stepnoi Zai river in Almetyevskiy district. On this fact, an administrative punishment was imposed on the company official in accordance with Art. 8.12.1 of Administrative Code of the Russian Federation and an instruction on elimination of the causes and conditions that contributed to the commission of an administrative offense was issued. Currently, the fence has been dismantled - free access to the river is provided.
Enterprises and organizations of Tatarstan, whose activities are focused on development of the Arctic, are invited to participate in the International Forum, which will be held from December 5 to 7, 2019 in St. Petersburg. The event includes plenary meetings, round tables, workshops and panel sessions, a specialized exhibition.

Today, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan celebrated the International Day of the Elderly. Aleksandr Shadrikov, Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, addressed with greetings and congratulations to the older generation. In his congratulation, he noted that the past years are not just some specific figure in the passport, but testify to the acquired knowledge and wisdom.
The launch of a pilot project in Tatarstan on management of mercury-containing waste of hazard classes I and II was discussed today at the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. The decisions made during the meeting are documented and a roadmap for implementation of the pilot project is prepared.
Acceptance of applications for the republican photo contest “Ecology of the native land” has begun. Students of higher educational institutions and high school pupils of Tatarstan are invited to participate, presenting an original thematic author’s photo.

Inspectors from the South-eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan in Almetyevsk discovered the fact that storm drains were dumped onto the terrain. The drain pipe was removed from the territory of one of the metal depots.
2034.68 kg of waste was collected by participants of the “Clean Games” in Tukayevskiy district. Separate waste collection competitions took place in the area of the embankment of the central beach in Betki village. More than 100 people took part in the modern quest. These are school pupils, students, teachers and their parents. Different number of game points was awarded for each type of waste. As a result of the event, 248 bags of garbage were collected, including 465 kg of tires, 153 kg of large garbage.
Large-scale illegal mining of common minerals (clay) was carried out in Bolshiye Achasyry village of Zelenodolskiy district. The fact of environmental violation was recorded by state inspectors of the Office of the State Inspectorate for Environmental Supervision of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan as part of the consideration of citizens’ appeals. The violator faces a fine in the amount of 800 thousand to one million rubles for unlicensed use of subsoil according to Part 1 of Article 7.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.
Using the “People's Control” information system, the Prikamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan received an appeal about unauthorized waste disposal in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny. The fact of violation was confirmed. The culprit faces a fine of 40 thousand rubles.
