Guests from Estonia arrived in the Republic of Tatarstan

Piet Wit, International Union for Conservation of Nature Commission Chairman, and Kalev Sepp, Professor of the Estonian University of Social Sciences, Preservation and Management of Natural and Cultural Landscapes and Natural Heritage arrived on Sunday in Kazan.
The program of the guests’ stay presupposes visitto the Island-city of Sviyazhsk, Volga-KamaState Natural Biosphere Reserve and the Raifa Monastery. Moreover, the meetings with the State Counselor of the Republic of Tatarstan Mintimer Shaymiyevand the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov are also planned.
As part of the new national project "Environmental well-being" Tatarstan has planned the implementation of 8 environmental initiatives with total funding of 3 billion rubles. The main part of the funds will be used for work on the federal project "Water of Russia", Minister of Ecology Azat Ziganshin said at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Today, Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Azat Ziganshin spoke at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan. The event was dedicated to the start of the sanitary and ecological two-month period and environmental work plans for 2026 within the framework of the national project "Environmental well-being".
Today, at the weekly staff meeting with the heads of structural and territorial divisions, the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Azat Ziganshin, presented badges and official identification cards to the staff of the department.
