More than 150 bags of garbage were collected by activists in Naberezhnye Chelny

As part of the All-Russian campaign "Water of Russia" of the federal project "Preservation of unique water bodies" of the "Ecology" national project, a clean-up day was held to clean the banks of the Kama River near the residential complex "Chally Yar". The event was organized by the Kama Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan together with the executive committee of the city.

Activists and local residents have cleared 2 km of the Kama River coastline. More than 150 bags of garbage were collected from the territory with the use of separate waste collection in the total volume of 16 cubes. The collected waste was taken out by OAO "Gorzelenkhoz".

"It was nice to see the results of our work, each of us made a contribution to the preservation of the environment," the participants noted.
