Since the beginning of the year, environmentalists have reviewed 3428 citizens appeals
3428 appeals have been received by the Republican Public Environmental Reception since the beginning of the year.
663 of them – through "School eco-patrol" mobile app.
Environmentalists also considered 858 messages received through the People's Control system, and 930 notifications – by e-mail, the Ministry's hotline phone and WhatsApp and Telegram communication channels. At personal receptions of citizens and through the reception of the Ministry, 977 appeals were received.
