Since the beginning of the year, environmentalists have reviewed 3133 citizens appeals
497 of them – through "School eco-patrol" mobile app.
Environmentalists also reviewed 810 messages received through the "People's Control" system, and 895 notifications – by e-mail, the Ministry's "hotline" phone and WhatsApp and Telegram communication channels. At personal receptions of citizens and through the reception of the Ministry, 931 appeals were received.
