On the Day of the Ecologist and the World Day of Environmental Protection, a subbotnik will be held on the territory of Lake Glubokoe in Kazan. Also, on June 5, the International Day of Water Purification is celebrated. The organizer is the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan together with the regional branch of the Russian Geographical Society in the Republic of Tatarstan.
