Seminar on implementation of the project “Health of my School” at the Specialized Inspection for Analytical Control of the Volzhsko-Kamsky Territorial Department

Educational seminar on implementation of the project “Health of my School” (school environmental monitoring) was held at the Specialized Inspection for Analytical Control of the Volzhsko-Kamsky Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Head of the Specialized Inspection for Analytical Control of the Volzhsko-Kamsky Territorial Department Marina Zakharova gave a tour of the laboratory for the teachers of the Secondary School No. 3 and the Palace of Youth Creativity of Chistopol. In the course of the tour, participants of the seminar familiarized with the work of the specialized inspection for environmental monitoring including equipment and devices used to conduct toxicological analyses and tests, as well as to sample water and ambient air.
Informative literature, normative and methodical documents were provided to help teachers implement the project and conduct experiments.

As part of the new national project "Environmental well-being" Tatarstan has planned the implementation of 8 environmental initiatives with total funding of 3 billion rubles. Today, at the weekly staff meeting with the heads of structural and territorial divisions, the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Azat Ziganshin, presented badges and official identification cards to the staff of the department.
As part of the monitoring of the territory of Naberezhnye Chelny, inspectors of the Kama Department revealed a violation of environmental legislation.
