Kamsko-Ustyinsk enterprise faces a fine for sewage discharge

An enterprise in the Kamsko-Ustyinskiy district, without permission, discharged wastewater onto the terrain. This violation was revealed by employees of the Zavolzhskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan during the raid. In relation to a legal entity, a protocol has been drawn up according to part 1 of Article 8.2 of Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. He faces a fine of 100 thousand rubles.
