12,156 appeals were reviewed by environmentalists since the beginning of the year

12,156 appeals were received by the Republican Public Reception Office of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan since the beginning of the year.

7,448 of them came are through the School Eco-patrol mobile application.

Ecologists also examined 1,281 messages received via the People’s Control system, and 1,611 notifications by e-mail, the Ministry’s hot line and WhatsApp, Telegram communication channels. 1,816 appeals were received at personal receptions of citizens and through the reception of the Ministry.
