The start of the All-Russian Festival “It is Brighter Together – 2019”

From August to October 2019, with support of the Ministry of Energy of Russia, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs, the Russian Schoolchildren Movement, the State Corporation “Foundation for Assistance to Housing Reform”, the All-Russian Festival of Energy Conservation and Ecology #ВместеЯрче – 2019 is held.
