6,252 appeals were considered by environmentalists from the beginning of the year

6,252 appeals were received by the Republican Public Reception Office of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan from the beginning of the year.

3,601 of them were received through the School Eco-patrol mobile application.

Also, ecologists reviewed 660 messages received via the “People's Control” system, and 865 notifications - via e-mail, the Ministry’s “hot line” and WhatsApp, Telegram communication channels. 1,126 appeals were received at personal receptions of citizens and through the reception of the Ministry.
