5,672 appeals have been reviewed by environmentalists since the beginning of the year

In 2019, the republican public environmental reception received 5,672 messages. Most of them – 3,264 - through the School Eco-patrol mobile application. Ecologists reviewed 602 messages through the “People's Control” system, 775 notifications via communication channels WhatsApp, Telegram, Eco.signal, Hotline. 1,031 appeals were received at personal receptions of citizens and through the reception of the Ministry.
