5,366 appeals were reviewed by environmentalists since the beginning of the year

5,366 appeals were received by the Republican Public Reception Office of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan from the beginning of the year.

3,122 of them - through the School Eco-patrol mobile application.

Also, ecologists reviewed 565 messages received via the “People's Control” system, and 735 notifications - via e-mail, the Ministry’s “hot line” and WhatsApp, Telegram channels. 944 appeals were received at personal receptions of citizens and through the reception of the Ministry.
