5,119 appeals were reviewed by environmentalists from the beginning of the year

5,119 appeals were received to the Republican public reception of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan from the beginning of the year.

3,008 of them - through the School Eco-patrol mobile application.

Also, environmentalists reviewed 529 messages received via the “People's Control” system, and 700 notifications - via e-mail, the Ministry’s “hot line” and WhatsApp, Telegram communication channels. 882 appeals were received at personal receptions of citizens and through the reception of the Ministry.
