4,616 appeals were reviewed by environmentalists since the beginning of the year

In 2019, the Republican Public Environmental Reception received 4,616 messages. Most of them – 2,762 - through the School Eco-patrol mobile application. Ecologists reviewed 455 messages through the system “People's Control”, 610 notifications via WhatsApp, Telegram, Eco.signal, “Hotline” communication channels. 789 complaints were received at the personal receptions of citizens and through the reception of the Ministry.
