4,178 calls reviewed by environmentalists since the beginning of the year

4,178 appeals were received by the Republican Public Reception Office of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan from the beginning of the year.

2,567 of them - through the School Eco-patrol mobile application.

Also, environmentalists reviewed 403 messages received via the “People's Control” system, and 554 notifications via e-mail, the Ministry’s “hot line” and WhatsApp, Telegram channels. 654 appeals were received at personal receptions of citizens and through the reception of the Ministry.
