915 appeals were reviewed by environmentalists from the beginning of the year

915 requests were received by the Republican Public Reception Office of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan from the beginning of the year.

117 of them - through the School Eco-patrol mobile application.

Also, ecologists reviewed 176 messages received via the “People's Control” system, and 255 notifications - via e-mail, the Ministry’s “hot line” and WhatsApp, Telegram channels. 367 appeals were received at personal receptions of citizens and through the reception of the Ministry.
