774 appeals were considered by environmentalists from the beginning of the year

774 appeals were received by the Republican Public Reception Office of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan from the beginning of the year.

67 of them - through the School Eco-patrol mobile application.

Also, ecologists reviewed 156 messages received via the “People's Control” system, and 235 notifications - via e-mail, the Ministry’s “hotline” telephone and WhatsApp, Telegram communication channels. 316 applications were received at personal receptions of citizens and through the reception of the Ministry.
