706 appeals were reviewed by environmentalists from the beginning of the year

706 complaints were received by the Republican Public Reception Office of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan from the beginning of the year.

63 of them - through the School Eco-patrol mobile application.

Also, ecologists reviewed 144 messages received via the “People's Control” system, and 215 notifications - via e-mail, the Ministry’s “hot line” and WhatsApp, Telegram channels. 284 appeals were received at personal receptions of citizens and through the reception of the Ministry.
